The Crossing is the second-floor dining room of The Cooper, the new hotel beside Waterfront Park that opened its restaurants in 2026. Executive Chef Nick Dugan cooks what the hotel calls coastal Mediterranean cuisine with a Lowcountry twist, with harbor views and interiors by Meyer Davis.
