Park Circle breweries, and the bar hidden in one

Holy City Brewing has a big yard along Noisette Creek. Inside it is The 1021 Room, a speakeasy behind a wall of beer cans. If the light is green, nudge the wall.

Commonhouse Aleworks is on O'Hear Avenue, across from LoLA, a Cajun and Lowcountry seafood kitchen.

Spruill Avenue and around the circle

The Junction has done breakfast and lunch since 2015. Katsubo serves fried chicken and ramen. The Tattooed Moose is the home of the Duck Club sandwich.

The Reynolds Avenue block nobody tells visitors about

A few minutes south, Reynolds Avenue has quietly filled in. Bar Weems is a ramen bar that serves food until 12:30am. Daddy's Girls Bakery is on the same street, and King BBQ is around the corner.

The newest room in North Charleston is Riva Mare, a rooftop Italian restaurant at the Navy Yard that opened in September 2026.

Closed in Park Circle: DIG in the Park was sold and reopened as Rocko's in August 2026. The Brew Cellar closed in February 2025.
